Some brokers stumble into commercial real estate. Christina Searles built her way there.

Before founding KYBER, Christina built her career at three of the most respected commercial real estate firms in the world, Colliers, CBRE, and Walker & Dunlop, working alongside the market's top producers and developing a specialty in South Florida land, multifamily development sites, and industrial investment sales.

Before commercial real estate came NBA sales with the Miami Heat and New Orleans Pelicans. Then came a season of exploration: traveling to more than 30 countries, operating a boutique hostel in the Philippines, and living in both Uganda and China.

The common thread has always been curiosity, entrepreneurship, and an instinct for seeing opportunity where others don't. Today, that instinct is focused on what she enjoys most: uncovering development opportunities, connecting the right buyers and sellers, and helping developers find land before the market does.
